On April 24, 2025, I had the distinct honor of leading the GRASAG National Executives on a courtesy visit to the National Alternative Employment and Livelihood Programme (NAELP).
Our delegation was warmly welcomed by Mr. Frank Asare Pedro, the National Coordinator of NAELP, in what proved to be a highly productive and forward-looking engagement.

The discussions focused on the possibility of establishing a strategic partnership aimed at creating decent and sustainable employment opportunities for individuals whose livelihoods have been affected by illegal mining activities.
This important conversation represents a significant step toward promoting national development, youth employment, and graduate empowerment. By exploring collaborative solutions, both GRASAG and NAELP are demonstrating a shared commitment to addressing pressing socio-economic challenges while creating pathways for meaningful opportunities.
As an organization dedicated to advocating for the interests and advancement of graduate students, GRASAG remains committed to championing initiatives that foster growth, innovation, and sustainable livelihoods across the country.
We look forward to sharing more updates as this promising partnership develops.
Stay connected as GRASAG continues to create opportunities for graduate students nationwide.
